2.Requests meetings

When the catalog is online, one month before the event, you select and request the people you wish to have, with the option of detailing the reasons of your requests.

3.Validate the received proposals

Each participant has the possibility to send you meeting requests. You can accept or decline their proposal!

4.Receive your meetings schedule

One week before the event, you will receive your schedule, including the meetings validated by both parties at all times, as well as the workshops you wish to attend.
